Various Elements of the Program
Elements
As the founder of the program, I have defined elements that can be selected as steps. The order and thematic design are left to the students themselves. Steps may also include several intermediate steps.
In the future, a decentralized and autonomous body, known in the blockchain world as a "DAO" (Decentralized Autonomous Organization), will vote on new elements. This DAO will consist of certified students who have mastered a certain number of steps and have thereby secured shares in the DAO. Decisions will be made by majority vote, similar to a joint-stock company.
Currently, students can create steps from the following catalog.
Current Elements
Nature, Life and Creation
Life is about creating and passing on new life:
- Conceiving biological children
- Planting trees or plants
Craftmanship Creation
Hands can create everyday objects, even if they are usually provided to us by others:
- Sewing, knitting, or crocheting clothes
- Making furniture
- Sewing curtains
- Preparing food
Creative Creation
One can create objects or abstract items like music or text that have no direct everyday use:
- Composing a song
- Painting greeting cards
- Painting stones
- Painting pictures
Social Creation
Spending time with other people and their daily lives means getting to know one's own boundaries and oneself, especially when there is little interaction or overlap with these people (professionally or personally):
- Professional experiences outside the own profession (e.g., as a helper in kindergarten, elderly care, social work, supermarket, building cleaning, etc.)
- Visiting unfamiliar places, events, and cultural circles
- Meeting strangers
Creation Through Non-Creation
Even when one does nothing or plans nothing, something happens. This can be explored and observed:
- Walking/visiting paths/places multiple times at different times/with different people
- Observing a tree/plant
- Not eating/fasting for a week
